2. Current storefront

Payment, registration and order forms are disabled here. The static price response does not store referral codes or create referral cookies. Viewing a page creates no order or key.

Network requests contain an IP address. Server logs may record the address, time, resource, response status and browser details for operation and protection. This storefront has no advertising analytics or lead forms.

3. Extension and servers

The browser stores settings and working data. Access checks use license information, EA account and installation identifiers, sessions and client version; the licensing database may store the game-account display name.

Computations send necessary task parameters and game-card information to the server. Account information can link activity to a person and is not described as wholly anonymous. Technical logs may contain IP addresses and errors.

4. Support

We process the contacts, message and necessary order or diagnostic details you provide. Email and Telegram also operate under their own rules. Support does not require EA passwords, CVC or login codes.

5. Future order forms

The planned process uses email for address confirmation, keys and order or renewal messages, and order data for performance, accounting and refunds. Renewals retain the link to the existing license. Payment is not consent to marketing.

Before order forms open, this page will identify the connected payment organization, actual recipients and necessary processing conditions. Payment details belong on the provider’s protected page. No unconnected provider is represented as active here.

6. Grounds, retention and security

Processing serves user obligations, support, security and legal requirements; separate consent is requested where necessary. Technical providers receive only what their work needs. Data is not offered for sale.

Retention follows purpose: access records support licensing and disputes, accounting documents follow statutory periods, and technical logs rotate. There is no single retention promise for all categories. Ask the operator about recipients, processing locations and periods for a particular category.

Controls include restricted access, encrypted connections and protected backups where configured. This is not a claim that all information in every system is encrypted at rest.

7. Requests

You can request information, correction, termination or deletion and withdraw consent. Applicable law may permit or require retaining some data on an independent basis. Uninstalling removes browser data under browser rules, not server records automatically.

This policy is updated before new forms or material processing changes. Regulatory and judicial remedies remain available.
